Here are two examples of how they go above and beyond to provide an outstanding experience for the client: 1. During our basement remodel, they made a big effort to hook our washer and dryer back up frequently so we could use it, even though that was extra work for them 2. A tile in our fireplace got damaged a few months after they finished the fireplace (not their fault), and in a heartbeat they repaired it with no hesitation, even though that part of the project had been over for months. Those are just two examples of their thoughtfulness. More than that, their work was of the highest quality. We will be enjoying their contributions to our home for years to come!
