Landua home remodel

This house, built in 1955, is located in Berkeley Heights overlooking San Francisco with the views of the Golden Gate Bridge. The common space was broken up into 3 rooms: kitchen, dining, and living room. We removed all the interior walls on this floor to create an open floor concept. Now views of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco are viewable from the common area. A few of my favorite features of this job is the La Cantina Bifold doors, the concrete island, and of course the built-in Miele coffee system (because I love coffee). The hardwood floors were replaced with sand in place white oak with custom stain. The roof, gutters and downspouts were replaced on the home. The electrical was upgraded and lighting was added throughout the home. Built-in surround system with an in-wall sub woofer was installed in the great room.
