Striking and Bold Home Addition and Remodel in Pleasant Hill

This was a full home remodel and addition designed to create a larger kitchen. We gutted the house to the framing and rearranged the interior walls to accommodate a new layout, which added two home offices and relocated the primary bedroom and bathroom.

Key updates included:

– New windows, doors, and flooring throughout

– Updated electrical and plumbing systems

– Installation of a battery backup system for solar

– New cabinetry throughout the home

– New color coat acrylic stucco

– A new TimberTech deck in the backyard and a concrete patio in the front yard

Notably, this was one of the first projects to feature the installation of Quilt mini-split systems.
