KC Builders did an excellent job on our Condo in Berkeley. They fully remodeled two bathrooms but when we removed the walls we found significant dry root in both bathrooms. They worked with the city to get new permit requirements meet and were very clear on the work to be done to fix this and the cost. Berkeley permit department was very difficult in all aspects but KC Builders handled this very professionally and shielded us from them. In the end everything was perfect, the city was happy and my wife and I were very happy.
