Built in 1920, this house is located on Bayshore Island in Alameda. The first project we did for this client was a bathroom remodel. Three years later we did an extensive remodel of the rest of the home which included adding a master bedroom, with his and her walk in closets, and a spacious master bathroom. We upgraded the electrical and installed a tank less water heater. Hardwood floors were added throughout the home and refinished in the kitchen and living room. The roof, gutters, and downspouts were also replaced. Repeat clients help us show how committed we are to providing high quality experiences.
